This SMS Privacy Policy explains how the Data Alerts text messaging program handles your information. Data Alerts is operated by Denis Kitchen, sole proprietor, and sends personal summaries, reminders, and schedule alerts by SMS from +1 850-805-8663 to people who have opted in.
This information is used only to send Data Alerts text messages, to respond to HELP requests, and to honor STOP (opt-out) requests. It is not used for any other purpose.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared, sold, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as needed to deliver messages (e.g., Twilio, our SMS delivery provider).
Reply STOP to any Data Alerts message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Your mobile number and opt-in records are kept while you are subscribed and for as long as needed to document consent and comply with legal requirements after you opt out. Message logs are kept only as long as needed to operate the program and troubleshoot delivery.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access-restricted accounts with our SMS provider, to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
